Notes to the rental rates
A 25% deposit is required, in advance, with the balance due four weeks prior to arrival. A £200 damage deposit is also required prior to arrival and returned in full on departure when no claim is necessary. For each additional person above four occupying the apartment, there will be a one off £25 supplement to cover additional laundry costs.
